No, our customers are not to pick up the items. As part of our Insurance Policy, Valley Play is responsible for the delivery and set up of our items. A delivery charge is added in addition to our rental fee.

If the weather is calling for rain and you don't have an indoor space to set up your rented items, Valley Play offers a full refund.

When the rented item is being brought to your home, we are happy to deliver the item as early as 9AM and return as late as 7PM. If you are renting a space for your party, please be clear on the START and END time of the party. Valley Play will have your item delivered within the hour before your party and will return just after the party ends.
